Why did you change your name from Dollar Fulfillment to Ships A Lot?
As we grew, we wanted a name that matched our energy and the massive volume of orders we handle for our partners. "Dollar" focused on cost, but Ships A Lot focuses on our core strength: moving a ship ton of product with elite execution.
Is the company under new ownership or management?
Not at all. It’s the same team, same leadership, and same commitment to premium service. We’re still the same people you talk to every day—we just have a more exciting logo on our shirts now!
Will my pricing or contract change?
No. Your current rates, terms, and agreements remain exactly as they were under Dollar Fulfillment. We are still committed to providing transparent value without any hidden "ship."
Does this change how I send orders or communicate with the team?
Everything on the operational side remains the same. You will still use the same software, the same workflows, and the same contact points. (Note: Keep an eye out for our new email addresses ending in @shipsalot.com, but our old ones will forward to us in the meantime!)
What does "FAST" stand for?
It’s our North Star for execution. It stands for Fast, Accurate, Shipped Today. Even with a new name, our mission is to ensure your customers get exactly what they ordered, right when they expect it.
Is "Ships A Lot" just a catchy name?
It’s a promise. We believe our clients deserve a ship ton of value, a ship ton of speed, and a ship ton of personal attention. We aren't just a fulfillment center; we’re your growth partners.
